Obtaining Wo-Chien

To obtain Wo-Chien, first complete the Pokémon League, reach the Battle Frontier and play as one of the generation-nine protagonists.

Then build a party of five Grass-type Pokémon from Paldea and head to Petalburg Woods. You will find Wo-Chien there at level 70.
