Obtaining Ting-Lu

To obtain Ting-Lu, first complete the Pokémon League, reach the Battle Frontier and play as one of the generation-nine protagonists.

Then build a party of five Ground-type Pokémon from Paldea and head to the desert on Route 111. You will find Ting-Lu at level 70 a little north of Regirock's cave.
