Obtaining Tapu Lele
To catch Tapu Lele, first complete the Pokémon League. Then head to the Slateport City beach and defeat Elio, the Alola Trainer.
Next, build a party of six Pokémon that know Psychic Terrain and go to the center of Mossdeep City. Tapu Lele appears there at level 70. Musharna can learn Psychic Terrain by leveling up, and you can catch Munna on Route 115.
