Obtaining Tapu Koko
To catch Tapu Koko, first complete the Pokémon League. Then head to the Slateport City beach and defeat Elio, the Alola Trainer.
Next, build a party of six Pokémon that know Electric Terrain and go to the center of Mauville City. Tapu Koko appears there at level 70. Togedemaru learns Electric Terrain at level 37, and you can catch it on Route 110.
