To catch Tapu Fini, first complete the Pokémon League. Then head to the Slateport City beach and defeat Elio, the Alola Trainer.

Next, build a party of six Pokémon that know Misty Terrain and go to the center of Sootopolis City. Tapu Fini appears there at level 70.
