Obtaining Suicune

To obtain Suicune, put Entei and Raikou in the first two party slots, in that order, and fill the remaining slots with Water-type Pokémon from any generation. Then fly to Pacifidlog Town and head toward Route 130. Suicune appears at level 30 on one of the route's islands.
