To obtain Shaymin, build a party of six Grass-type Pokémon and make sure they all know Sweet Scent. You can teach it from the menu. Once your party is ready, head to the entrance of the Pretty Petal Flower Shop.

You can buy the Gracidea at the same shop. This Key Item lets you change Shaymin into its Sky Forme.
