How to obtain Regirock

Obtaining Regirock

To obtain Regirock, bring Wailord and Relicanth in your party and make sure one of your Pokémon knows Dig. From Pacifidlog Town, Surf west along the currents until you find a diving spot. Dive, head south to the underwater wall with inscriptions and use Dive to surface inside the Sealed Chamber.

Put Wailord first in your party and Relicanth last. Read the central inscription and use Dig to open a second room. Interact with the inscriptions inside to unlock the chambers of Regirock, Regice and Registeel.

Then go to the desert on Route 111 with a Pokémon that knows Rock Smash. Enter the cave at the end of the desert, stand in front of the central inscription, walk two steps left and two down, and use Rock Smash without moving. The door opens to reveal Regirock at level 30.
