Obtaining Regieleki

To obtain Regieleki, first catch Regirock, Regice and Registeel. Put them in the first three party slots, in that order, and add two Electric-type Pokémon.

Then go to the desert on Route 111 and head south to the chamber where Regirock appeared. You will find Regieleki there at level 40.
