Obtaining Regidrago

To obtain Regidrago, first catch Regirock, Regice and Registeel. Put them in the first three party slots, in that order, and add two Dragon-type Pokémon.

Then go to the desert on Route 111 and head south to the chamber where Regirock appeared. You will find Regidrago there at level 40.
