Obtaining Regice

To obtain Regice, bring Wailord and Relicanth in your party and make sure one of your Pokémon knows Dig. From Pacifidlog Town, Surf west along the currents until you find a diving spot. Dive, head south to the underwater wall with inscriptions and use Dive to surface inside the Sealed Chamber.

Put Wailord first in your party and Relicanth last. Read the central inscription and use Dig to open a second room. Interact with the inscriptions inside to unlock the chambers of Regirock, Regice and Registeel.

Then go to the small cave on Route 105 near Dewford Town. Read the wall inscription and, staying next to the wall, walk clockwise around the room until you return to the same spot. Read the inscription again to open the door to level-30 Regice.
