Obtaining Pheromosa
To obtain Pheromosa, first complete the Pokémon League and put Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo or Lunala first in your party. Fill the remaining slots with Bug- or Fighting-type Pokémon from Alola.
Once your party is ready, head to the desert area of Route 111.
