Obtaining Munkidori
To obtain Munkidori, first complete the Pokémon League and reach the Battle Frontier. Build a party of five Poison-type Pokémon and make sure they all know Toxic, which you can teach from the menu.
Once your party is ready, head to Route 104 near the Petalburg Woods entrance. You will find Munkidori there at level 70.
