Obtaining Mewtwo

To obtain Mewtwo, put Mew first in your party and fill the other five slots with Psychic-type Pokémon from any generation. Then go to the Pokémon League and enter Victory Road from that side.

Continue to the deepest area of the cave. You will find Mewtwo there at level 70.
