Obtaining Manaphy

To obtain Manaphy, first hatch at least 30 Eggs. Then build a party of five Water-type Pokémon from any generation and head to Sootopolis City.

Use Dive in the dark area of the lake and enter the small underwater chamber. After leaving it, you will find Manaphy at level 30.
