Obtaining Latias

To obtain Latias, buy the Eon Ticket at the Battle Frontier shop and play as a female character, such as Leaf. Build a party of at least five Pokémon, all female. Then use the S.S. Tidal in Lilycove City to travel to Southern Island and interact with the rock in the clearing to start the encounter.
