Obtaining Iron Leaves
To obtain Iron Leaves, first catch Virizion, Terrakion and Cobalion. Put Virizion first in your party and add four future Paradox Pokémon.
Once your party is ready, go to the eastern area of the Safari Zone. You will find Iron Leaves there at level 30. You do not need to complete the Pokémon League.
