Obtaining Ho-Oh

To obtain Ho-Oh, first complete the Pokémon League and reach the Battle Frontier. Buy the Mystic Ticket at the shop next to the Pokémon Center. Then fly to Lilycove City, use the ticket at the harbor and travel to Navel Rock.

Enter the cave and take the left-hand path, which goes up the stairs. Climb several floors to the chamber where level-70 Ho-Oh awaits.
