Obtaining Fezandipiti
To obtain Fezandipiti, first complete the Pokémon League and reach the Battle Frontier. Build a party of five Poison-type Pokémon and make sure they all know Toxic, which you can teach from the menu.
Once your party is ready, head to the area just before the Meteor Falls entrance. You will find Fezandipiti there at level 70.
