Obtaining Dialga

To obtain Dialga, first defeat Lucas and catch or defeat Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf. Play as Lucas, Dawn or Cynthia and build a party of at least five generation-four Pokémon, National Pokédex numbers 387–493. Then head to the summit of Mt. Pyre on Route 122.
