Obtaining Cresselia
To obtain Cresselia, build a party of six Pokémon and make sure they all know Moonlight. You can catch compatible Fairy-type Pokémon and teach them the move from the menu.
Once your party is ready, head to Meteor Falls. Use Waterfall to reach the deepest area, go down the stairs in the adjoining room and climb back up. You will find Cresselia after completing this route.
