Obtaining Chi-Yu

To obtain Chi-Yu, first complete the Pokémon League, reach the Battle Frontier and play as one of the generation-nine protagonists.

Then build a party of five Fire-type Pokémon from Paldea and head to the Magma Hideout, to the same spot where Groudon appears. You will find Chi-Yu there at level 70.
