To obtain Calyrex, first catch or defeat Glastrier and Spectrier. Put Glastrier and Spectrier in the first two party slots, in that order, and fill the remaining slots with Psychic-type Pokémon from generation eight. Bring at least five Pokémon and head to Route 116.
