Obtaining Spectrier

To obtain Spectrier, place a Ghost-type Pokémon whose Special Attack is higher than its Attack in the first slot of your party. This Pokémon must also know at least one special Ghost-type move.

Fill the rest of the party with different Ghost-type Pokémon and go to the middle section of Sprout Tower. You will find Spectrier there.
