To obtain Xerneas on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.1)
You must have completed the Pokémon League and follow these steps:
Select Kalm, the protagonist from the Kalos region, as your character. Then, build a team of 6 Pokémon native to the Kalos region. After that, head to the Safari Zone—Xerneas will be waiting for you there at level 70.

To obtain Yveltal on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.1)
You must also complete the Pokémon League and follow the same procedure as with Xerneas: choose Kalm as your character and use a full team of 6 Kalos-region Pokémon. Then, go to Mt. Pyre and climb all the way to the top. In the patch of tall grass at the summit, you’ll find Yveltal waiting at level 70. You can see how to get Yvelta in this video
