To obtain Entei on Pokémon Quetzal (v0.8.1), you must have Moltres in the first slot of your team (you can see how to get it here) and five other Fire-type Pokémon from any generation filling the rest of your party. Then, head to Fiery Path Town to gain access to the Magma Hideout. You’ll find Entei inside one of the rooms that contains machinery.
